German wheel is also known as Rhöenrad. This apparatus was created by Otto Feick, german worker. He was inspired from his childhood when his grandfather let him roll down a hill in a rimmed barrel, so later he invented a German wheel. Otto patented his invention and as an owner of metal works factory, Otto was more then prepared to make his new German wheels.
