RETURNS & REFUNDS

How To Return An Item

We accept returns.

If you are in North America you might be able to return item to our Canadian location, if you are in Asia you can return item to our Japanese location. Please contact us

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

You can return items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. You'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

At the moment we are shipping juggling goods mainly from our warehouse in Japan but soon new warehouse in Canada will be open for your convenience.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at : [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with the address in Japan or Canada where you can send it back

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Return Exceptions

3.1 Payments for SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Web Development and SMM (Social Media Marketing) or any other our Internet Marketing services are non-refundable even in the case of a fee was paid in advance. After deposit is made, there are no exceptions to our refund policy. We do not provide refunds once work has begun due to the nature of the work.

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, video tutorials, and few other items that usually mentioned during your purchase.

Merchandise that has been open, worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Custom made equipment can not be returned or refunded unless there is a proven structural damage. Also, all equipment with made to order and/or with diameter order such as aerial equipment, Cyr Wheel, Crossed Wheel, German Wheel, and all Led equipment can not be returned unless there is a proven production structural damage. If return is approved, item will have to be returned at our main factory facility in Ukraine

To return the item you purchased, please contact us first, for most juggling equipment you will have to mail it to Japan

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fee

If item is approved for return, then each item is a subject to a 15% restocking fee, this fee will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

For some juggling props, if your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color, but only within the same model product range. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. As a proof of a damage please send us a photo of defective product. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Diabolo buyers. If minor deformation is occurred we can explain and guide you on how to fix it. For example: Diabolo cups can be placed into hot (up to 70C) water, and let it cool down on а flat surface.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and will send you a replacement product.

LED COSTUMES AND ACCESSORIES RETURNS & REFUNDS

We don’t accept returns\refunds unless item is damaged during shipment.

You have to notify us within 2 business days from delivery date about any damage or defect, or request for return will be refused.

Original box and packing items have to be saved. Together with your letter, please attach photos of the damage together with the date stamp.

We will send you instructions on how to file an insurance claim. You have to follow all instructions given, otherwise your claim for refund or return will be refused.

All transactions are final. No order changes after invoice was issued and confirmed by buyer and seller. No return or refund are excepted.

During all warranty cases, customer is responsible for shipment return.
