SHIPPING POLICY
Turnaround
All juggling equipment orders except Custom made equipment are shipped within 4-5 business days Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Ordering our Custom made equipment is simple and easy.
Choose the item from catalog, or send us your unique design, enter your contact information, send us request with specific dimensions, options, preferred delivery timing and other technical details.
Your custom made equipment will be build at our factory in Eastern Europe and can be shipped directly to your home or business.Request a quote today to get more information about our custom made Circus equipment.
All Juggling items except custom made will be sent from our warehouse in Japan or Taiwan and you will receive shipment notification at your e-mail.
Some of the juggling items might be shipped from Canada, most of the orders within North America is shiped from Canada

Custom made orders
All custom orders will be shipped from Canada by Canada Post, Fedex, USPS, UPS or from Eastern Europe.
For Cyr Wheel, and other props with weight up to 20kg, delivery would cost up to 150USD, for heavier props delivery cost will be calculated separately, for example German Wheel delivery is approximately 250USD
If ordered item is in stock, we will deliver it right away

Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 4-5 business days of the date of your order.
Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays and Japanese holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock.
When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.
You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Usually if we have your item in stock we will ship it in 4-5 business days, otherwise we will need about 1 week to make a shipment.

LED COSTUMES AND ACCESSORIES SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery : Red Circle Shop deliver LED costumes and accessories by express including DHL , UPS , EMS ,TNT and so on, it is depends on our clients choice.
Free Shipping for all orders over 500 USD. We offer free shipping for high quantity orders as well.
Production time : Please give us 7-10 days after receiving the deposit, production time also will depend on the quantity of the costumes in the order.
Warranty : we offer half year warranty for all our products. If items were not working because of the quality problems , we will exchange it without extra cost.
After half year, if the items is not working well , you can send send them back to our factory for repair, the only costs you should pay is shipping cost and cost of the accessories, such as controller, remote control.
All our costumes going through check for proper functionality and quality. We check our products at the production factory and at the warehouse before shipping.
We sell only brand new costumes without defects.
We don’t accept returns\refunds unless item is damaged during shipment.
You have to notify us within 2 business days from delivery date about any damage or defect, or request for return will be refused. Original box and packing items have to be saved.
Together with your letter, please attach photos of the damage together with the date stamp.
We will send you instructions on how to file an insurance claim. You have to follow all instructions given, otherwise your claim for refund or return will be refused.
All transactions are final. No order changes after invoice was issued and confirmed by buyer and seller. No return or refund are excepted.
During all warranty cases, customer is responsible for shipment return.
