- I received two slinkies after about three weeks, during rehearsals we damaged one of the costumes by placing a candle inside, fabric was badly damaged, but after asking what can we do, red circles send us extra fabric free of charge! We fixed it how we can and performed very well, after customer service told us to send damaged costume back and they fixed it for free. Thank you for your amazing customer service and support!
