Our company designs and creates complicated units and items by using CAD software, performs analysis and calculations (CAE, CAA) in various areas.
Based on technical specifications, we develop design documentation, as well as technological processes for parts of any complexity, mechanisms and metal structures. Depending on the availability of several production options (machining on machine tools, and the use of all kind of CNC machines of any direction).
Computer Aided Design software is used for creating, modification, optimization of prototypes.
Computer Aided Engineering, Computer Aided Analysis software is applied for calculations, analysis and simulations of processes, pre-production tests and optimization of products.
Adherence of CAD, CAA, CAE software helps to eliminate mistakes and defects on stage of engineer designing. We use the most progressive software like: CATIA®, SOLIDWORKS®, INVERTOR®.
3D Art Modeling is a development of 3D objects and forms by
customer’s request.
We creating complex geometry (high-poligonal network) and
using modern software : 3DSMax, Zbrush, Rhino.
We can also create precise 3D models by using MRI scans, Xray
pictures or other available sources. Variety of formats could be processed by our engineers, like
DICOM, etc. In process of modelling we are using Surface
technology for rapid and precise prototyping.
Textures: we create detailed textures, bump-mapping, textured scans with further application to the models.
Render: visualization of 3D objects and scenes, positioning light and cameras, special effects. For these tasks we use powerful hardware and modern software: Vray, Nvidia iray.
