We do not provide refunds once work has begun due to the nature of the work. After deposit is made, there are no exceptions to our refund policy.

Setup Fees: Setup fees are non-refundable and are applied immediately to the setup costs for any SEO or Internet Marketing initiatives.

Chargebacks: In order to charge the client's card for the services supplied, we often ask for the client's credit card or payment information. Alternatively, we may also provide an invoice so that you may make your own payment. It is prohibited and deceptive to assert that you did not supply your card information or that you were unaware of the charges.

Any projects or services provided by the client will be placed on hold, and in some situations, all work will be reversed without prior notice, if the client raises any chargeback or payment disputes with a bank or credit card company. Additionally, client will receive the chargeback fee's amount to recover any fees passed on to us by the credit card company. Also, prior to restoring service, delivering any data, or starting any work, we will need full payment of any unpaid balances incurred as a consequence of the chargeback.
