FEDEC was founded in 1998 and supports training, creation and teaching in circus disciplines. European development support network is actively working with FEDEC in the field of employment and creation, training and teaching in formal and non formal education such as LLL Platform, EUCO, AEC, ELIA as well as professional circus organization Circostrada.
